What they need
- Greet arriving customers warmly and direct them to the cashier for ordering.
- Deliver orders according to the table number or order number.
- Be aware of which products are available, unavailable, and require upselling on any given day.
- Coordinate effectively and professionally with the bar, kitchen, and cashier teams.
- Be willing to assist customers whenever needed.
- Greet customers and ask for their feedback and suggestions while they are at the outlet.
- Listen attentively and apologize if a customer has a complaint, then promptly inform the relevant department if special handling is required.
- Understand, follow, and comply with all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) established by the Company.
