- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product formulation, stability testing, and shelf life evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all activities.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in a food processing industry or research laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of dairy science principles and practices.
- Experience with UHT technology applications in milk processing is essential.
