What you bring

• 8+ years in B2B content marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership. At least 2+ years managing a team of writers is required.
• Demonstrated ownership of voice + style at a B2B brand you’ve written or owned a voice doc, defended it, and made it stick across a content team.
• Range across formats — long-form (white papers, case studies, blogs), short-form (ads, social, emails), and sales/event collateral. You don’t have to be the best at every format; you have to have taste across all of them.
• Operating chops — you’ve designed editorial workflows, run a queue, managed capacity, and lived in a project tracker (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, whatever).
• Comfort in B2B IT/tech/enterprise services context – a track record of climbing a steep technical learning curve quickly. You don’t have to be deeply technical, but you can’t be allergic to it.
• Proof of work — a portfolio of pieces you’ve personally edited or shipped, plus a track record of a team you’ve nurtured.
