Dance Coach

【Responsibilities】

1. Dance Training & Coaching:

• Trend Training: Lead dance training sessions for Group Talent/Streamers. Innovate teaching methods to help talent quickly master viral choreography (e.g., TikTok trending dances, K-Pop covers, Jazz/Jazz Funk).
• Performance Review: Provide immediate post-stream coaching and corrective guidance to refine dance movements and stage presence.
• Curriculum Development: Design personalised training plans based on each streamer’s ability to significantly elevate their dance technique and performance quality.

2. Content & Operations Collaboration:

• Short-Form Content: Provide choreography and direction for short video (Reels/TikTok) shoots.
• Live Streaming Optimisation: Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure dance segments enhance the overall visual impact and engagement of the livestream.

【Qualifications】
1、Professional Skills:

• Background: Majors in Dance Education, Dance Performance, or related fields are preferred.
• Expertise: Must possess a solid dance foundation. Proficiency in commercial pop styles is essential, specifically K-pop, Jazz/Jazz Funk and Urban/Street Dance.
• Experience: 3+ years of teaching experience in professional dance studios or agencies is preferred.
• Choreography skills are highly preferred.
  2、Soft Skills & Image:
• Presence: Professional appearance with excellent temperament ("Good Image").
• Personality: Extroverted, charismatic, and possessed of High EQ communication skills. Must be able to motivate talent, manage energy levels, and collaborate effectively with the crew.
