What they need
For the Dance Lead/Coordinator, initially we’re looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of experience in dance
- Dance teaching experience
- Good network/connections within the dance community
- Preferably with experience leading/coordinating dancers or instructors
- Can help build and coordinate our instructor/coach pool
- Can help plan our class lineup and schedules
- Can also teach classes
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work full-time/on-site at Aseana City.
