Dance Instructor

1. Punctuality & Attendance

   • Report to the institute at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled class.
   • Classes must start and end strictly according to the assigned timetable.
   • Any absence or late arrival must be informed to management in advance and approved.

2. Teaching Responsibilities

   • Conduct all assigned classes professionally and maintain high teaching standards.
   • Prepare appropriate choreography according to the students’ age and skill level.
   • Ensure proper discipline, participation and student progress.

3. Student Safety & Discipline

   • Maintain a safe, respectful and controlled classroom environment.
   • The teacher is responsible for students during their scheduled class.
   • Any behavioural, safety or other concerns must be immediately reported to management.

4. Performances & Content

   • Prepare students for institute performances, events, competitions and video shoots as required.
   • Cooperate with management for rehearsals, choreography, recordings and promotional activities.

5. Professional Conduct

   • Maintain professional behaviour, appearance and communication at all times.
   • Treat students, parents, colleagues and management respectfully.
   • No inappropriate behaviour, language or communication with students will be tolerated.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2–3 years of professional dance teaching experience.
2. Strong knowledge of Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Freestyle, Contemporary or Jazz.
3. Confident in teaching kids, teens and adults.
4. Strong choreography and classroom management skills.
5. Energetic, disciplined, punctual and professional.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to prepare students for performances, competitions and video shoots.
8. Comfortable working as part of a team and following institute policies.
9. Passionate about dance education and committed to student development.
10. Professional attitude and long-term commitment to the institute.
