The Role

As our Danish Marketing Manager, you'll set the foundations for digital marketing in the Danish market. You'll build our digital acquisition foundations from adserver, PPC, SEO content & structure, landing pages and onsite funnels. You'll also help shape our CRM journeys, bringing solid Danish market understanding into our teams and technology.

This is a role for someone who understands both the 360 dynamics of user acquisition, and who can work hands on digital marketing tools and platforms. You will ultimately lead how our brands show up in the Danish market and how they convert users on a daily basis.

You'll therefore work closely with marketing, CRM, product and our media agencies to drive acquisition, grow the database sustainably and make sure our brands are positioned to win in Denmark.

What You'll Own

• Adserver & Tracking Set up and operate, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution and reporting across all acquisition channels.
• PPC Accounts Own our paid search and PPC accounts end to end. From account structure and campaign setup to bidding strategy and ongoing optimization.
• SEO Content & Structure Define and build our SEO foundations. Site structure, content strategy and on-page optimization.
• Acquisition Journeys Map and build the end-to-end acquisition journey, from first click to registration, landing pages, optimization and tracking.
• Agencies Own the relationship with our digital partners, from media buying to digital production agencies.
• CRM Support Support the CRM team with offers and journeys, helping build a joined-up experience from acquisition through to retention.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building digital marketing operations from the ground up, ideally in iGaming or another regulated, performance-driven industry
• Hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads and similar) and SEO tools
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and what it takes to build converting landing pages and journeys
• Experience managing media agencies
• Native or fluent Danish speaker, with a strong understanding of the Danish market and player behavior
• Comfortable working across CRM and acquisition, with an interest in the full player journey
• Curious to explore new tools, digital strategies and AI solutions. You need to keep us sharp and bring new ideas on how to win the market efficiently.
• A passion for marketing and brand-building, with a sharp eye for what makes a digital experience great
