Job Description

1. Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
2. Manager payroll-related statutory obligations, including APIT, EPF & ETF and other regulatory requirements.
3. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and management reports as required.
4. Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
5. Manage employee data and system updates related to the employee lifecycle.
6. Provide HRIS user support, troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the system admins for issue resolutions and system enhancements.
7. Provide overall HR support whenever required.

Position Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from a recognized institute.
2. 2+ years of experience in payroll administration and systems.
3. Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, payroll regulations, APIT, EPF and ETF.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and integrity.
7. Experience in payroll system implementations or process improvements will be an added advantage.
