Darwin Box Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Darwinbox Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, system configuration, and continuous enhancements of the Darwinbox HRIS platform. The role requires strong functional expertise in HR processes, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment, optimization, and ongoing innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Darwinbox implementation projects (Discovery → Design → Configuration → Testing → Go-Live → Hypercare)
• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and document functional specifications
• Design and configure Darwinbox modules aligned with HR policies and best practices
• Develop data migration templates and support data validation and cleansing
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
• Support change management and end-user training initiatives
• Configure core modules such as Core HR, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll & Time Management, Leave & Attendance, and Compensation & Benefits
• Configure workflows, approval matrices, business rules, and custom forms
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation
• Develop and customize dashboards and HR analytics reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in HRIS implementation (preferably Darwinbox)
• At least 2 full-cycle Darwinbox implementations completed
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and lifecycle management
• Experience in system configuration (workflows, forms, reports, security)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience in payroll configuration and statutory compliance is a plus
• Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) is an advantage
