Dashboard & Analytics Lead

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across business functions.

The ideal candidate is both hands-on with data and strong in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dashboard Development & Ownership

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Optimize data models and performance for large datasets
• Maintain a single source of truth across reporting layers

2. Business Partnering

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Drive adoption and usage of dashboards through training and enablement
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

3. Data Analysis & Insights

• Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support forecasting and planning through data insights
• Work with large, complex datasets to generate actionable recommendations

4. Governance & Best Practices

• Establish data governance, definitions, and reporting standards
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Document data models, logic, and dashboard usage

5. Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Lead the Dashboard & Analytics team
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation
• Stay updated with new tools, features, and best practices in analytics

Requirements

1. Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices)
• Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation)
• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

2. Analytical & Business Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Experience supporting business functions

3. Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably in a managerial or lead capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Certification in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) is highly advantageous
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or advanced analytics is a plus
• Strong ability in data storytelling, with the capability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for business stakeholders
