Location: Remote – Only in United States
Contract: 12-month contract with possible extension

We’re looking for a Data 360 Architect to design and shape the data foundation that powers analytics, personalization, activation, and AI across the organization.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing enterprise data architecture, integrating data from multiple systems, creating unified customer profiles, and ensuring data is trusted, governed, and available for real-time use.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain enterprise data models and architecture within a CDP environment.
• Integrate data from CRM, marketing, web, sales, support, finance, and other sources.
• Design identity resolution and unified customer profiles across complex data environments.
• Define data quality, governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Design real-time, batch, and zero-copy data integration strategies.
• Build and manage segmentation frameworks for Marketing and Sales use cases.
• Enable trusted data for analytics, personalization, and AI agents.
• Monitor data pipelines, schema changes, identity resolution, and platform performance.
• Define how the CDP integrates with CRM, data warehouses, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and other systems.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Data, IT, Security, and Legal teams.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience architecting on a CDP (Customer Data Platform) in an enterprise production environment.
• Strong experience designing and owning enterprise data models.
• Hands-on experience with identity resolution and customer data unification.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, sales engagement, and advertising platforms.
• Practical knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, privacy, and consent requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical architecture to both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 experience or certification.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, or Treasure Data.
• Experience building or supporting AI agents using enterprise data.
• Experience leading a CDP implementation or platform consolidation.
• B2B or B2C demand generation and attribution experience.
• Experience working with Enterprise Data and IT teams on data governance.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
