Data Admin Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Admin Executive to maintain accurate product, inventory, pricing, and transaction data across our ERP system. This role supports Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and outlet teams by ensuring data and inventory records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product master data, pricing, units of measurement (UoM), and BOM/recipe data.
• Ensure ERP data is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Conduct weekly inventory and transfer reconciliation.
• Check and follow up on discrepancies, missing data, and transaction errors.
• Support Purchasing with supplier price updates and data accuracy.
• Prepare basic data integrity reports and maintain correction records.
• Coordinate with outlet, kitchen, purchasing, and HQ teams to resolve data issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Data Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data administration, inventory control, ERP, or similar roles.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and meet recurring deadlines.
