About Your New Employer

• Work within the Global Product Change & Document Control function.
• Gain experience supporting product data across Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.

• This is an execution-focused position supporting the maintenance of accurate product master data across multiple business systems.

About Your New Job

• Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion Product Development/Product Data Hub.
• Create and update product revisions and Bills of Materials from approved source documentation.
• Maintain approved manufacturer and supplier information, as well as controlled product documents and attachments where applicable.
• Process authorised ECOs, ECNs and other product changes in line with documented procedures.
• Support product data alignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems.

What Skills You Need

• 1–3 years’ experience in product data administration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration or a comparable data-entry role.
• Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH.
• Experience maintaining item data, Bills of Materials, revisions, product attributes or supporting documentation.
• Experience working in a controlled change management environment is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent, accurate approach to data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
