Overview

The Data Administrator is responsible for the accurate entry, update and maintenance of approved product data within Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion Product Development / Product Data Hub (PD/PDH).

Experience & Responsibilities:

• 1–3 years of product data administration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration or comparable data-entry experience.

• Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.

• Enter approved product attributes, classifications, product hierarchy values, lifecycle phases and organisation assignments.

• Create and update revisions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from approved source documentation.

• Maintain approved manufacturer or supplier information and controlled product documents or attachments, where applicable.

• Support product data alignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems.

• Perform basic completeness and accuracy checks against approved source information.

• Record completed transactions and update assigned status trackers.

• Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH is required.

• Experience maintaining item data, BOMs, revisions, product attributes or supporting documentation.

• Experience working within a controlled change management environment is preferred.
