About the role
A Data Analyst role focused on collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decision-making. The position involves data cleaning, validation, creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends and insights, and monitoring KPIs to drive operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and accuracy checks
- Create reports and dashboards to support business needs
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare periodic reports on business and operational performance
- Provide data and insights to support management decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and company targets
- Create data visualizations using tables, charts, and dashboards
- Coordinate with relevant teams to understand data and analysis requirements
- Identify data issues and provide recommendations based on analysis results
About you
- Minimum S1 education, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and data processing functions
- Understanding of data cleaning, data visualization, and data analysis
- SQL proficiency is a plus
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high attention to accuracy
- Able to process large volumes of data and present information clearly
- Able to create reports and present analysis results to stakeholders
