About the role

Responsible for analysing garment production data (cutting, sewing, finishing) to support decision-making related to production line efficiency, operator productivity, and output quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process daily production data (output per line, downtime, reject rate, machine efficiency)
• Create and maintain production dashboards (Power BI/Excel) for monitoring KPIs such as OEE, SMV (Standard Minute Value), line efficiency
• Analyse causes of bottlenecks and production delays, then provide improvement recommendations
• Coordinate with PPIC, QC, and Industrial Engineering teams for data validation
• Create weekly/monthly production performance reports for management
• Support production capacity forecasting process based on historical data
• Identify reject/defect trends and collaborate with QC for root cause analysis

About you

• Minimum S1 education (Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, or related field)
• 2–4 years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in garment/manufacturing industry
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macro is a plus)
• Familiar with SQL for querying data from production systems/ERP
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus
• Understand garment production terminology: SMV, line balancing, efficiency, OEE, reject rate
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems in garment factories (e.g. FastReactPlan, or company internal systems) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with deadlines
• Able to communicate across divisions (production, QC, PPIC)
