Data Analysis and ticket coordination

• Daily check of test results from Reference car for relevant issues based on the actual car and project status
• Analysis of error codes, abnormal ECU and car behavior. This includes:Trace and test data analysis to detect the error source; Create KPM tickets based on the analysis, including a description of the problem and the result of the analysis; Support the ticket solving process; Participate in clarification meetings and explain the analysis results
• Regular check of the KPM tickets status including updating the tickets based on the response from developing department
• Update test car hardware and software
• Install/uninstall measurement equipment
• Support in case of special measurement requirements
• Deliverables: o Reporting: Explain test results and problems to the problem solving departments o KPM Ticket Status:

 Create 120 KPM Tickets per year in high quality based on the analysis results and according to the Q-Gates  Keep the Tickets up to date and deliver updated data if necessary  Take care for ticket verification o Test car preparation  Update car SW and HW according to VR test plan  Support to install/uninstall measurement equipment o Test schedule and non-regular tasks  Support in creating test schedules based on the necessity from ticket status Qualification: Location:

Beijing

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic and Information Engineering, Automation, Computer Science and Technology or related majors.
• More than 2 years of work experience in automotive infotainment system or in-vehicle electronic system testing; familiar with the architecture and working principle of in-vehicle infotainment systems; deep knowledge of KPM system and the entire vehicle development process
• Good knowledge in customer problem management KPM system
• Detailed knowledge in car electronics architecture as well as bus system technology and communication such as CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet, LIN, RS232
• Good experience in using Vector tools such as CANoe and vSignalyzer; High competence in structured trace analysis
• Good knowledge in car updating with ODIS, IDEX, System42 and CP-Tool as well as capability of exchange car ECU´s
• Experience in ITARA systems appreciated
• Ethernet analysis knowledge with tools like Wireshark is a plus
• Basic knowledge about measurement equipment and trace handling. TTTech favored; Basic knowledge about configuration and installation; Troubleshooting experience
• Good understanding of electrical relations and problems in car electric
• Knowledge in car updating processes and error handling which includes the tools; IDEX, ODIS, CP-Tool, System42
• Good experience in car bus communication analysis in best case in Audi projects
• Technical background in electronics
• Deep understanding in ECU communication and network
• Experienced in car updating of hardware and software
