Data Analysis Executive

Join a team that supports evidence-based planning and service delivery through data. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage data repositories, support reporting needs, and generate insights to inform operational and policy decisions.

The contract duration is 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain probation-related data repositories by extracting, reviewing, and validating data from source systems, case files, reports, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure accurate and consistent data coding and data quality across datasets.
• Support data requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information provision.
• Assist in developing and implementing data management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct data analysis and trend monitoring to identify patterns, generate insights, and support service planning and policy development.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports for operational tracking, performance monitoring, and management oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements, resolve queries, and support data-related initiatives.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in a relevant discipline.
• Strong interest in data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data wrangling and data cleansing experience.
• Knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, data visualisation, and reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Familiarity with dashboard development and performance reporting.
