Responsibilities

• Manage insurance product commission and referral fee information, including database entry and maintenance, commission document archiving and organization
• Calculate and set referral fee rates and performance standards for distribution channels
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of commission income with the insurance company, sales channel, finance department and sales management department
• Initiate monthly reconciliations and processes for referral fee payments with each sales channel
• Produce monthly commission-related reports and statistics
• Other ad-hoc work as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, or related fields are preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience. Background in the insurance industry, finance/accounting, or data analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel & Lark（飞书）, with VBA skills preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
