Who are we looking for:

As a Data Analysis Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the execution of marketing strategies that promote our products, strengthen brand presence, and engage our target audience. You will manage a small marketing team, coordinate campaigns, and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership.

You will bridge the gap between strategy and implementation, ensuring marketing initiatives are creative, data-driven, and impactful.

• Lead and supervise the marketing team, ensuring tasks are executed effectively.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Review and approve marketing materials, social media content, and promotional assets.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage budgets, schedules, and vendors.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Must be a Marketing Analyst with relevant experience in marketing, analytics, and campaign execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries
• Experience in data analysis
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, and content management systems
• Hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, interpreting marketing data, and generating insights
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Creative and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Must be willing to be assigned at JW Diokno Blvd. Cor. Bayshore Ave., MOA Complex, Pasay City
