Data Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reports across sales, operations, and finance.
• Prepare management reports, executive dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Perform sales, financial, and business performance analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, and profitability reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, incentive/commission accruals, and performance tracking processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and respond to ad hoc analytical requests.
• Drive reporting automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Establish reporting standards and data governance practices to strengthen business intelligence capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, management reporting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas), and data visualization.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and dashboard automation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and data modelling is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Data Analyst.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
