What they need
- We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Central London. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise-level business intelligence solutions
- This is a client-facing position where you’ll work embedded within the client’s team, requiring strong autonomy, initiative, and the ability to represent CI&T professionally
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product and feature performance
- Apply statistical methods to ensure test validity and generate actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Design, build, and optimize semantic data models in Power BI for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting
- Develop and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets
- Partner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks
- Ensure seamless integration between data sources and BI models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
- Implement best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and security
- Monitor and resolve data quality, integrity, and dashboard performance issues
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on data analytics matters- Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.)
- Data Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration tools, and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; fluent English (written and verbal)
- Power BI Expertise: 3+ years developing enterprise-level dashboards and semantic data models
- Data Visualization: Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Working Style: Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to work independently in client environments
- Statistical Analysis: Strong capability in experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical inference
- Advanced SQL for complex queries and data manipulation
