Data Analyst & Personal Assistant to CEO

• Liaise with our holding company and subsidiaries on matters relating to financial reporting and strategic direction
• Analyzing forecast and projecting financial position, and preparing reports and case summary to holding company for monthly reporting and new business development
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to management in both business / personal matters
• Handle confidential information and maintain proper document management
• Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
• Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and business reports
• Coordinating and liaising with different internal departments and/or external business corporations.
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting with a focus on financial analysis
• Experience gained from manufacturing industry is preferable
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to multitasking and prioritizing
• Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to travel overseas is preferred
• This role is based in Hong Kong, but occasional business travel to Mainland China and overseas may be required.
