Job description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst & Presentation Specialist who can transform complex data into clear insights, compelling visualizations, and practical recommendations.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint. The right person will be able to organize and analyze data, recognize meaningful trends, validate the accuracy of their work, and translate findings into polished presentations that help clients and leaders make informed decisions.

This position requires more than technical proficiency. It requires curiosity, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to understand the story behind the numbers. The successful candidate will know how to move from raw data to analysis, from analysis to insight, and from insight to an executive-ready presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Use Excel to analyze operational, financial, customer, and performance data.
• Build repeatable Excel models, templates, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Use advanced Excel capabilities to identify trends, patterns, relationships, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate data quality and investigate inconsistencies, missing information, or unexpected results.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, practical, and actionable insights.
• Create charts, graphs, dashboards, and other visualizations that make complex information easier to understand.
• Develop polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings clearly and persuasively.
• Select the most effective visual approach based on the data, audience, and purpose of the presentation.
• Build presentations with a strong narrative flow, connecting the business question, analytical findings, key insights, and recommended actions.
• Simplify complex information without removing important context or creating misleading conclusions.
• Apply consistent formatting, visual hierarchy, and design standards across client deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants, project leaders, and clients to understand analytical needs and presentation objectives.
• Explain analytical methods, findings, and recommendations in clear, practical language.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining analytical accuracy and presentation quality.
• Manage multiple analyses, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines with minimal day-to-day oversight.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate care when working with client, employee, financial, or operational data.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, responsiveness, curiosity, and sound judgment.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• Professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, financial analysis, operational analysis, reporting, or a related role.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Experience transforming data into charts, visualizations, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
