Data Analyst & Research Associate

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and research-driven individuals to join our team as Data Analyst & Research Associates. This is a non-programming role, ideal for fresh graduates and individuals interested in online research, data analysis, reporting, documentation, and business process support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and research abilities, effective written communication skills, and proficiency in working with spreadsheets, documents, and online tools to ensure accurate and efficient task execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive online research to gather, verify, and organize relevant information from multiple sources.
• Analyze data and prepare accurate, well-structured, and professional reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
• Maintain and update databases, records, task details, and process-related documentation.
• Prepare daily progress reports, performance summaries, and feedback updates for internal teams and clients.
• Assist with lead management, client follow-ups, documentation, and operational coordination.
• Support the preparation of business offers, contract-related records, and process-tracking documents.
• Develop and maintain clear, organized, and professional process documentation.
• Utilize online research platforms and digital tools to collect, validate, and manage business-related information.
• Monitor assigned tasks, performance targets, and key benchmarks to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Track workflow progress, identify discrepancies, and communicate potential delays or issues to the relevant team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience in research, data management, or business operations are encouraged to apply.
• Strong online research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Excellent written communication, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to prepare accurate, organized, and professional reports.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and business processes.
• Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative and responsible work approach.
• Willingness to work evening or night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data collection, data cleaning, and spreadsheet management.
• Familiarity with online research techniques and information verification.
• Basic understanding of business operations, lead management, and workflow coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
