Responsibilities

• Understand client processes and convert them into digital workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve business processes.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and go-live.
• Validate data and reporting using SQL and Excel.

• Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Operations, or Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills.
