Data Analyst (BPO)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to provide contract support for recurring reporting and marketing operations. The primary goal of this role is to own routine, repeatable analytical workflows and promotional email execution—freeing up internal team bandwidth while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily and weekly reporting dashboards across Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Extract raw source data from designated platforms and accurately populate lookup tables, formulas, and manual KPI inputs
• Update existing charts, graphs, and visual components to ensure stakeholders have immediate access to current data
• Perform thorough QA checks against provided process documentation to validate data accuracy before publishing
• Identify, investigate, and flag data irregularities or anomalies to the team
• Set up, build, and modify promotional email campaigns within Sailthru using provided templates, copy, and media assets
• Support email execution for subscriptions, events, webinars, and survey initiatives
• Schedule and deploy email sends according to weekly campaign calendars
• Generate post-campaign performance recaps using standard reporting templates and metrics
• Handle periodic digital asset maintenance, such as migrating media catalogs between platforms

About you

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business reporting, or marketing operations
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, lookup functions, data transformation, and chart creation)
• Prior experience setting up and deploying campaigns in an Email Service Platform (experience with Sailthru is a strong plus)
• Meticulous process adherence and a strong commitment to QA and data validation
• Clear, proactive communication regarding task status, timelines, and technical or data issues
• Consistent, reliable availability for 10–30 hours per week
