Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI and data analytics solutions for supply chain customers, including reports, dashboards, and data services
• Build and support end-to-end data pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and quality controls
• Analyze business and operational data to generate insights, identify trends and irregularities, and provide recommendations to internal teams and customers
• Work with stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Participate in R&D activities on predictive analytics, recommendation algorithm techniques for data analytics applications
• Apply predictive modeling techniques, including feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and validation for supply chain KPI prediction
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and evaluation of new capabilities in data engineering, predictive modeling, and AI-assisted analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• Solid foundation in SQL (querying, data modeling, performance tuning) and data analytics concepts
• Knowledge of BI and reporting tools is highly preferred
• Programming experience in Python, C#, or JavaScript is an advantage
• Interest or exposure in predictive analytics, machine learning, or recommendation systems is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), especially services related to data engineering (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks), is an advantage
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
