Data Analyst [CCP for ICT Professionals (Data and AI)]

Analyse valuation data from pricemycar (noto's AI-powered car valuation engine), comparing predicted vs. actual sale prices to identify accuracy gaps and feed improvements back to the valuation model.

Track GoDirect listing and transaction data end-to-end - enquiries, days-to-sell, conversion rate, and loan/insurance commission attach rate - to identify where deals stall and where margin is being left on the table.

Monitor tomo community and app data, including member sign-ups, event attendance, ambassador programme performance, and miles/quest engagement, to understand what drives active participation.

Analyse noto Certified inspection and warranty data (165-point checks, common defect categories, post-sale claims) to spot recurring issues and support quality and pricing decisions on certified pre-owned stock.

Track uptake and conversion on noto's financial products — car insurance, COE renewal loans, and car loan applications — to identify drop-off points in the customer journey and opportunities to improve attach rates.

Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports across noto's platforms (pricemycar, GoDirect, tomo, noto Certified) using Excel, Power BI,Tableau, or similar tools for management reporting.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis on car pricing, COE trends, and the Singapore automotive/car-community landscape to inform product and pricing strategy.

Analyse content and engagement data from noto's blog, news, and media channels to guide the content strategy and identify whatresonates with the Tomo community.

Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to translate findings from the above into concrete,data-backed recommendations.

Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across noto's systems, databases, and reporting platforms, and prepare monthly/quarterly analytical reports and insights for senior management.
