About the role

ORO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and strategic insights that support the company's growth objectives. This full-time position is based in our Thong Lo, Bangkok office.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform business strategy and optimize operational efficiency
• Design, develop and maintain databases, data pipelines and reporting tools to support the company's data needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and accessibility
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role, ideally within the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Proven expertise in data modelling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytic, Excel, Power BI)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication in English and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices

Office Location: T-One Building (WeWork), Sukhumvit 40, Bangkok (BTS Thong Lo)

Our working date and time:

• 5 working days (Mon-Fri) (hybrid) - work from home 1 day/ week
• 8 working hours (flexible) can start from 7.00-10.00 a.m.
• Official hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
