Data Analyst

This role is for someone who lives in structure, loves data, and takes pride in making things workproperly. You’ll be the person who turns chaos into clarity, numbers into insights, and processes into habits the team actually follows.

Key Objectives

• Ensure accurate quoting, pricing, and revenue data.
• Maintain clean, consistent CRM and financial data.
• Develop financial and performance dashboards for sales leadership and HR.
• Provide timely, data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and error reduction in sales finance workflows.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Validate pricing, discounts, and quote accuracy before approval.
• Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or risks in sales financial data.
• Analyze historical and current sales financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and consistent usage of CRM and quoting systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Leverage Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, or other analytics tools for reporting and
• modeling.

Data, Reporting & Financial Insights

• Own all sales reporting and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain reports covering:

◦Conversion rates

◦Sales performance

◦Commission calculations

◦Lead engagement & activity metrics

• Work confidently in Excel / spreadsheets to analyse trends and produce accurate, timely insights.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations, not just raw numbers.
• Ensure data integrity — if the numbers are wrong, fix the system, not the spreadsheet.

Qualification

• 3‒5+ years in sales finance support, sales analytics, revenue operations, or accounting related sales support.
• Strong CRM experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Power
• BI, Looker).
• Highly detail-oriented and numbers-driven.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in tech, renewable energy, or high-volume sales environments is a plus.

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
