Key Duties and Responsibilities:
KPI Management
Ensure all employees have clearly defined KPIs.
Update performance report cards monthly.
Performance Analytics
Set up and maintain KPI and performance analytics tools.
Coordinate with departments to gather key data.
Develop and refine KPI monitoring tools.
Consultative Sessions
Conduct sessions with employees and departments to improve KPI tracking.
Define requirements for performance management tools.
Business Analysis
Analyze operational databases and link them to KPI monitoring tools.
Act as a Business Analyst to set up performance reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Physics, Engineering or any related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR or performance management role.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, data visualization tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
