Data Analyst

About the role

A Data Analyst supports operations by transforming complex data into clear insights that drive performance and client satisfaction. The role involves managing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and creating reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions and optimize processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support leadership, Intake, and legal operations teams
• Analyze data and extract meaningful, actionable insights
• Manage large datasets with strong understanding of data concepts, including managing large datasets, working with wide vs. long structures, handling data granularity and aggregation, and performing data modeling and optimization
• Develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards for stakeholders
• Manage and analyze data across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights
• Balance reporting deadlines and ad-hoc requests across multiple programs and accounts
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in high-volume operational environments

About you

• Proficient in SQL with strong query writing and optimization skills
• Proficient in data structures and large data management with experience handling complex datasets
• Data visualization expertise with experience creating dashboards and visualizations in any BI platform (Tableau, Mode, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
• Snowflake experience with ability to communicate and work with Snowflake data warehouse
• Strong communication with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving with analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Advanced SQL proficiency with strong ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for large, multi-source datasets
• Proven experience working with complex, high-volume datasets, including data modeling, validation, and performance optimization
• Strong attention to data integrity, validation processes, and documentation across multiple datasets and clients
