JOB SUMMARY
The Data Analyst will transform organizational data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, customer understanding and business decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, clean and validate datasets.
Analyze business and operational data.
Develop dashboards and performance reports.
Identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
Translate analytical findings into business recommendations.
Develop automated reporting solutions.
Support KPI development and monitoring.
Collaborate with business teams to define analytical requirements.
Maintain data quality and documentation.
Present insights to management and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
2–5 years' data-analysis experience.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
SQL proficiency.
Power BI/Tableau experience.
Python or R is an advantage.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
