• Report Preparation Validation: Prepare, review, and validate operational and management reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery.

• Dashboard MIS Support: Review dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical outputs to ensure that underlying data and calculations are accurate.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive validation activities and improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Documentation: Maintain reporting definitions, data sources, validation procedures, and quality-control checklists.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure all scheduled reports are completed and distributed within agreed timelines without compromising data quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement data-quality controls, validation rules, and reporting standards to minimize recurring errors.
