Role Description The Data Analyst role at BTCM Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to retail and convenience store operations, including sales, customer behavior, and inventory data. This role involves building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing insights to support financial performance, operational improvements, and risk mitigation for clients. The Data Analyst will collaborate with consulting teams and client stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical problems and present clear, actionable findings. The position also includes supporting data modeling initiatives, documenting methodologies, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust analyses and build predictive or descriptive models.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or ).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi and collaborate in a cross-functional consulting environment.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in retail, convenience store, or financial analytics domains is an advantage.
