Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse sales, stock and distribution data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyse product-wise, salesman-wise, route-wise and area-wise sales performance.
• Track sales targets, achievements and growth trends.
• Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products.
• Analyse inventory levels, ageing stock and stock movement.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
• Monitor customer/shop coverage, billing and sales productivity.
• Identify unusual trends, data errors and performance gaps.
• Prepare forecasts and provide insights for sales and stock planning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Management teams for required data.
• Maintain accurate databases and reporting formats.
• Automate recurring reports wherever possible.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas and charts.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data-analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable format.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science or related qualification.
• Candidates with relevant experience in FMCG, sales analytics or MIS reporting will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
