Data analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Management to develop reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from ERP, Excel, databases, and other business systems.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
• Build interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze sales, operational, inventory, and financial performance.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and business improvement opportunities.
• Reconcile data across departments to ensure accuracy.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query).
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, etc.).
• Understanding of financial statements and business KPIs.
• Knowledge of Python (Pandas) is an advantage.
