Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using business intelligence tools.
• Create periodic MIS reports for management and business stakeholders.
• Analyze business trends, operational performance, and key metrics to support decision-making.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis based on business requirements.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
• Support management with forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• Document reporting processes and maintain data dictionaries.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Charts).
• Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation (preferred).
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
