Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from datasets.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
• Perform data analysis using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Write basic to advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
• Support management with data-driven recommendations and presentations.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, dashboards, and data sources.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, reporting, or business intelligence.
