Data Analyst

Role Purpose:

To support the secured lending business by developing, managing, and optimizing MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. The role will ensure timely and accurate data availability for decisionmaking across sales, credit, collections, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Development Reporting:
   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business MIS reports on disbursements, lead funnel, sourcing performance, TAT, and productivity metrics.
   • Track business KPIs and SLAs across sales, credit, and operations.
2. Data Management Accuracy:
   • Maintain databases with high accuracy.
   • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources (CRM, LMS, core systems).
3. Business Performance Analysis:
   • Analyze sales trends, geography/branchwise performance, and productlevel insights.
   • Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews.
4. Automation Efficiency:
   • Automate repetitive reports and processes using Excel Macros, Power Query, or Python (if applicable).
   • Collaborate with the IT/Data team to streamline data fetching and storage.
5. CrossFunctional Support:
   • Coordinate with product, credit, risk, and collections teams to align on reporting requirements.
   • Support adhoc data requirements for business planning, audits, or regulatory submissions.
