Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. The role involves working with databases, creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and collaborating with different teams to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.

Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets.

Collaborate with business, product, technology, and other teams to understand data requirements.

Identify data quality issues and work toward resolving them.

Support automation of recurring reports and data analysis tasks.

Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to reports, dashboards, and data processes.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis concepts.

Knowledge of data cleaning and data validation techniques.

Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

Familiarity with Git/version control is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
