Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
• Analyze sales, operational, financial, and other business data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI / Tableau.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities from data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Automate regular reports and improve reporting processes.
• Work with different departments to understand business requirements.
• Present analytical findings and insights to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 14 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, charts, etc.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI / Tableau.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Power Query and DAX.
• Experience in MIS and automated reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM/HRMS systems.
• Understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.

Education

Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
