Job Title: Associate Team Lead – Operations

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business analyst to join our Business Intelligence Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Excel, and the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional who is committed and capable of working in a focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Preparation and dissemination of Multiple Reports:
  • Prepare, review, and issue the required reports in a timely manner, as per the existing agreed formats while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • These reports include and are not limited to:
    • Head count reports
    • Attrition reports (Resource and client)
    • Biometric reports
    • Revenue reports
    • Productivity reports
    • Staffing reports (incl Billable, non-billable reports)
  • Preparation and dissemination of Invoices:
  • Prepare, review, and issue the required invoices in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in a similar MIS role for at least 2 to 3 years.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
