Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain complex reports using advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements through data-driven solutions.
• Provide expert-level support for MIS operations by analyzing data from various sources and presenting findings in Power BI.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) with ability to create complex reports.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices; experience working with large datasets preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
