Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 25 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain a Common Master Data Warehouse by consolidating data from multiple sources, including Excel files, databases, ERP systems, APIs, and other business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong data integration, data modeling, ETL, SQL, and reporting skills, with the ability to transform fragmented data into a centralized, reliable, and scalable data repository for business analytics and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a centralized Master Data Warehouse integrating data from multiple sources such as Excel, SQL databases, ERP systems, CRM systems, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze existing data sources and create standardized data models.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, deduplication, and reconciliation.
• Develop data pipelines to automate data collection and synchronization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Implement data governance, documentation, and metadata management practices.
• Monitor data warehouse performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and data-driven insights.

2. Required Technical Skills

• Strong SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience building and managing Data Warehouses.
• Hands-on ETL tools or scripting (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Talend, Informatica, Python).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience integrating structured and semi-structured data sources.

3. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Python for automation and analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM). 5. Key Deliverables

3. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 25 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Warehouse Analyst.
