Data Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering and business requirements analysis
• Identify, analyze, and translate user requirements into Business Intelligence (BI)-driven solutions
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and project documentation, including BPS, RDM, MoM, UAT, and other relevant documents
• Collaborate with business users, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented

Qualifications:

• Willing to work from office in North Jakarta. Candidates who can join ASAP will be prioritized.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficient in SQL, relational databases, data processing, cleansing, and wrangling.
• Experienced in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) with a good understanding of basic statistics and business processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and business users.
