About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with strong data science experience to support our AI-driven health projects and commercial strategy. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge science, AI technology, and business – translating complex biomedical data and market insights into strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with scientists and healthcare professionals on AI-related health projects e.g. health data analytics, predictive biomarker models, vaccine design, AI application in medical device.
• Build knowledge data base for R&D and commercial departments.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market analysis e.g. market sizing, competitive landscape, pricing.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate scientific requirements into actionable business/analytics roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Consultant.
• Hands-on data science experience in a health / life-sciences environment is preferred (pharma, biotech, clinical research, health-tech).
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and Tableau; experience with biomedical datasets is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills – able to explain AI/biotech concepts to non-scientific stakeholders (investors, business partners).
• Genuine interest in immunotherapy, oncology, or AI drug discovery.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
