Data Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, including studying and analyzing As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Design analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.
• Evaluate business impact, cost-effectiveness, and process improvement strategies.
• Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, while improving reporting and data visualization standards.
• Develop Data Models, Semantic Models, and Data Marts.
• Support the Data Governance Framework, including the creation of Data Dictionaries and Business Glossaries.
• Monitor and enhance Data Quality.
• Prepare Requirement documents, Functional Specifications, and User Guides.
• Utilize AI tools to support data analysis and develop AI use cases for analytics and reporting.
• Comply with the organization's AI Governance Policy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design) and SQL. Solid understanding of Data Modeling, Semantic Models, Data Marts, Data Warehouses, and Analytics Platforms.
• Proven experience working directly with executives and business stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions (As-Is / To-Be analysis).
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks, Data Quality management, and familiarity with AI tools and AI Governance policies.
• Experience in Digital Transformation, Data Governance, AI Analytics, SAP BW, or working within FMCG, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Environments will be specially considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
