Data Analyst

We’re hiring a Data Analyst for an exciting opportunity with a well-established organisation in Bangkok.

This role is ideal for an experienced Data Analyst who is highly confident working with large datasets, dashboards, reporting, presentations, and business stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of overall professional experience
• Strong background in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, statistical summaries, and presentation preparation
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills – essential
• Ability to collect, consolidate, analyse, and interpret data from multiple systems
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and summarisation
• Experience creating dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Canva, or similar
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Experience using multiple data visualisation tools is highly desirable
• Comfortable using AI tools and AI-powered platforms to support data analysis and improve productivity
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines
• Fair to good English, particularly for reading documents and working with systems

Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting and consolidating data from internal systems
• Analysing data and turning it into clear, actionable reports
• Building dashboards, statistical reports, and management information
• Preparing professional presentations and meeting materials
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Supporting additional data and reporting requirements across the business
• Candidates who can provide examples of previous dashboards, reports, data analysis, or presentations will have an advantage.
